The infrastructure for deploying, managing, and software isn't glamorous. It's often the last thing clients want to discuss. But it's tremendously important. When your app suddenly takes off, can it scale? When something goes wrong (and it will at some point), how quickly can you recover? The answers can't be found in technology alone.
