Realtime Monitoring

We enabled live queries for devices with fault conditions, allowing problem corrections and over the air updates without the user needing to be involved or ever seeing a problem.

Predictive Analytics

The client is able to identify malfunctioning devices and predict when specific devices and components will fail allowing service personnel to replace them avoiding service interruptions.
